Applied cement mortar (CM 1:3) with a 25 mm thickness, ensuring strong adhesion and long-term performance.
Performed sandblasting to achieve a clean, grease-free internal surface for superior mortar bonding.
Incorporated 50 mm x 50 mm wire mesh within the lining as per VIDC specifications, enhancing structural strength.
All works were carried out using in-house guniting equipment, operated by trained technicians and experienced labor.
Maintained a 14-day curing period to ensure optimal strength and durability of the applied mortar.
Utilized high-quality local sand sourced from Bhandara, meeting all quality and project standards.
