We successfully executed a guniting project involving 1000 mm diameter mild steel (MS) pipes, delivering durable protective lining and structural reinforcement using our own machinery and skilled workforce
Providing internal Cement Mortar Lining (CML) to a 1000mm diameter mild steel pipes for the PCMC Pure Water Transmission Main along the Mumbai–Pune Old Highway. The work is being executed using the centrifugal lining method to ensure uniformity, density, and long-lasting protection.
Performed using specialized mechanical cleaning machines and manual brushing to remove rust, scale, and grease from the pipe's internal surface.
High-quality Godhara sand and cement in a CM 1:1 ratio for mortar preparation.
12mm internal lining applied via centrifugal method.
7 days to ensure proper setting and durability of the lining.
Work is in compliance with AWWA C205 and ISO 4179 standards for cement mortar lining in steel pipes.
