Providing Internal Cement Mortar Lining (CML) to a 3000mm diameter M.S. pipeline. The lining thickness was 12mm using CM 1:1 mortar. The work included manual cleaning, lining, 7 days curing, cutting, and rewelding of access openings for machine and personnel, using our own machinery, manpower, and consumables.
Conducted using our own specialized machines combined with manual brushing to clean internal rust and grease from the pipe.

Successfully completed lining over 20,000 sqm. During the project, we faced challenges such as material delays, uncertain weather conditions, and excessive heating of the pipeline during summer months. This heating caused small cracks in the CML. To overcome this, we implemented continuous cooling of the pipeline before work and strategically scheduled most of the work during nighttime, ensuring quality and timely completion.
